Who we are
At Anderson Estate Law, we understand you lead a busy life, meeting your family’s needs, raising children, and planning for retirement. You want to know you are making the right decisions, not only for your time here on earth, but also for your family’s well being after you are gone.
Hi, I’m Mark Anderson. I’ve heard the same story hundreds of times over my 38 years as an Estate Planning Attorney. Well-meaning people write their will and then place it in a drawer, and then instead of peacefully passing their legacy, wishes and wealth to their loved ones and favorite charities, they unwittingly leave them with a nightmare of bills, unnecessary estate taxes, probate and even family feuds and legal battles.
Don’t let this happen to you! We simplify what can be a very complicated process by tailoring our tried and proven, affordable flat fee service to your unique Estate Planning needs. With our professional step-by-step guidance it’s much easier than you might think. The hard truth is you simply cannot afford to delay in preparing now for tomorrow’s eventualities.
Ensure the well-being of your loved ones by contacting Anderson Estate Law today.
